NBC Connecticut is reporting that drivers, after seeing this image on the side of the road, have been calling 911 claiming that at man and a bear are "stuck" on top of a billboard.

for real Connecticut?

"Concerned motorists who spotted the pajama-clad male mannequin and the teddy bear on top of a Connecticut billboard worried that the odd pair was real and was in danger of toppling over."
