CNN Anchor, Anderson Cooper, is being sued by his former interior designer. Recently the anchor purchased an old fire house, and while working on location the designer, Killian O'Brien, fell down an uncovered hole, that used to be occupied by a fire pole. She is now suing the anchor and the developer of the building.
Keep in mind that if the hole was uncovered not only could she fall into it.. but she could also see it there before she fell into it.
Her lawyer says she is lucky to be alive.

ReplyDeleteI don't know the system in US but shouldn't you have an insurance for that kind of accidents?
Or if she was just visiting there, to look around, and it's her own fault, mistake to step on hole like that...hm...maybe her eyes were closed!? :)
