New York City Subway System Chooses VOGUE

There is a law in New York city that subway passengers are not allowed to put their feet up on the seats. This includes any version of crossing legs, propping feet up, lifting legs to tie shoes etc.

And the security personnel who man the subways during the wee hours of the morning are serious about enforcing it! So serious, in fact, that they're handing out $50 dollar tickets to violaters.
