The Huffington Post is reporting that the Canadian Women's Ice Hockey team took their celebration a little bit too far after winning the gold medal in the finals against the U.S.A. The team engaged in drinking and smoking cigars; typical activities that are usually reserved for the locker room, far away from the eyes of the public.
YogueIN was disappointed to find out that our sports editor, Smoke Jackson, was present at the celebration. The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is investigating the hockey team and Jackson. Once the IOC reaches a conclusion they will act accordingly.
IOC, pisss offf! These are just great young folk having a bit of harmless fun after the rink was closed.
ReplyDeleteSeriously they just won a GOLD MEDAL!!! Plus 2 of them went to Dartmouth.. lots to celebrate.
ReplyDeleteJon Montgomery chugged a quarter pitcher after his gold medal and no one batted an eyelash. So now that the women win a big game at home, they get a slap on the wrist? Ridiculous.
