Young Girl, Old Face

A rare genetic condition has caused 13 yr old Zara Hartshorn to look decades older than she actually is. The diseases is called Lipodystrophy, and is a hereditary, genetic disease that stops a persons ability to develop fat cells beneath his/hear skin.

Zara's mother also had this disease, and noticed right from birth that Zara was afflicted with it too.

Zara's siblings were lucky enough not to get the disease, and unfortunately, there is no cure.
