You can get a black barbie at Walmart for $3.00's while the same white barbie costs $5.93. While there have been many "raised eyebrows" over the difference, Walmart has assured it's customers that the price reduction was in honor of black history month  a clearancec price used in order to prepare for "spring inventory".
