Seinfeld Is Getting Sued; For Having Bad Jokes!

The Doomsday Post New York Post is reporting that Jerry Seinfeld is being sued for cracking rude jokes about a lady who has accused his wife of plagerism.

The lady, Missy Chase Lapine, says that Jerry's wife stole her idea for a childrens cookbook. Her lawsuit against his wife was taken to court and dismissed.

When asked about it on David Letterman's show, Seinfeld jokingly called the lady "angry and hysterical" and a "wacko" he then went onto other programs to call her a "nut".

Kinda brutal right? We don't know if Lapine should sue but Seinfeld should probably calm down. We hear the high road is a pretty one. Never been there though... (ha)
