Spring is approaching but the Weather is still up to it's old tricks here on the east coast. Transit officials are reporting that nearly 500 passengers are stranded on a train headed to New York, and have been stranded for over 5 hours!
Flooding on the tracks is causing the delay.
What would you do if you were stuck on a train for 5 hours?
