We finally saw Twilight last night. One of our favorite parts of the movie was the animated eclipse that was at the very start of the film. It had really cool special effects associated with it, and we were suprised at real it looked.
We kept thinking about that eclipse throughout the movie, we considered why Stephenie Meyer chose to call this book eclipse (because edward eclipsed jacobs warmth) and we started thinking about some of the other titles that could have been given to the movie. These are the ones that we came up with:

4. Twilight Saga: Gray Skinny Jeans Everyday

7. Twilight Saga: Un-identifiable Accents
8. Twilight Saga: WIG, WIG, WIG, WIG
9. Twilight Saga: Deliver Lines Directly Into Someone Elses Face
10. Twilight Saga: Hugs That Are Too Long
11. Twilight Saga: No Shirts
12. Twilight Saga: Yelling The Name Jacob
13. Twilight Saga: Rosalie
14. Twilight Saga: Jasper Is Crazy
15. Twilight Saga: Who Is Bree Turner?
16. Twilight Saga: Awkward Conversation In A Tent, Propped Up On Your Arm, Un-naturally And Uncomfortably

So those are all of the ones we could think of. So while the eclipse at the beginning of the movie was really cool and "Eclipse" was a good title for the book, we think that there were more suitable names for the movie.

ReplyDeleteAMEN. We totally forgot about that one. Also, Twilight Saga: Edward Makes A Mad Face The Whole Time, and Twilight Saga: Everyone Only Moves Their Mouths When They Talk, Never Their Teeth. So many good titles.
