Millions of problems, top issue: Anacostia River!

Without googling it, tell us at least 4, 3, 2,  1 thing that you know about the Anacostia River?

Knew it. And yet apparently because of it you will now have to pay 5 cents per plastic bag for those thin plastic bags that you use to carry your groceries.


This is not top news. It's just annoying.
