Even Prisoners have jobs...

Statistics show that at least 1 of YogueIN's 5 readers is unemployed, and yet many prisoners in the D.C. area have great jobs!

what gives?

After the "biggest blizzard in the city" earlier this month, the Department of Corrections is reporting that the U.S. Captial paid inmates  $7.50 to per hour of work, totally devoted to clearing walkways in the D.C. and D.C. metro areas.

Must be nice to have a job.
