College Students Arrested For Snowball Throwing

Oh Virginia...

James Madison University students Charles Gill and Ryan Knigh (both 21) were arrested for throwing snowballs at a city plow. The driver of the plow then called the police, who arrived in an unmarked vehicle. The students then started throwing snowballs at the unmarked vehicle with the police inside.

The boys were officially charged with "throwing missles at occupied vehicles", Which is a felony! They are now facing up to 5 years in prison and fines of $2,500 each!

Worst snow day ever.

  1. this is ridiculous. everyone throws a snowball at least once in their lives. there is no way these kids should ever be charged with a felony.
