"If I Could Turn Back Tiiiiime" ... I wouldn't tattoo a baby

Unlike the students from JMU, this "man" does not have the snow as an excuse for his crazy behavior.

20 year old Lee. M. Deitrick tattooed the bottom of a 1 yr old baby. The tattoo was the letter A, which apparently has nothing to do with the baby's name and so currently it is unclear as to why Deitrick chose that letter.

Additionally, Deitrick is not the baby's father and it's even more unclear why he would decide to tattoo a random baby.

Deitrick is behind bars facing felony charges.
