Too Awful; No Title; No YogueToon

The bodies of 21 babies, ranging in age from newborn to several months old, were found on the banks of a river in eastern china. Some of the babies still had their hospital identification tags around their ankles.

One of the people who discovered the bodies, first thought they were toys, but upon closer inspection realized that they were dead babies caked in mud.

China is well known for it's laws that restrict the number of children allowed per family... but this... is awful.
