The weather is up to it's old tricks here on the East Coast. Specifically in Rhode Island. CNN is reporting that water levels in RI have reach 12ft above "flood stage". Residents are completely abandoning their cars for fear that if they use them once during these rain storms, they'll likely never be able to use them again.
"We have some historic flooding going on in places we've never had flooding before," said Cranston police Lt. Stephen Antonucci. "We have numerous streets that are closed, and they're telling us the worst is still yet to come."Dear Weather, what gives?
