Heat In The Air; Poop In The Water

The eastern United States is having a rough time right now. Not only are the temperatures in most of the major cities (Boston, Philly, Baltimore, New York etc) sprinting past the 100 degree mark, now New York papers are reporting that millions of gallons of raw sewage have been released into the Hudson River (sick).

So on the one hand the people are thinking "I'm so hot and I've got to cool off..." and on the other hand their thinking "I'll die before I knowingly swim in poopy water".
